Maybe you were hired because of your effectiveness, your ability to speak your mind and your clear sense of direction. Through the years; leadership theories have told you, that you should develop your strengths. But sometimes your strength can become your weakness. Perhaps you now talk so much, that your employees lose all initiative, your clear sense of direction deludes the employees of their commitment and their ability to think and act in different situations. It turns out your strengths have become your weaknesses, and what once got you hired might one day get you fired.
Versatility represents 50% of what separates the most effective leaders from the least effective. All contemporary leaders have to manage in a world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. It demands versatility. The ability to balance forceful and enabling leadership as well as balancing strategic and operational leadership.
The LVI-process and product
The LVI-test begins with an online survey which it will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. You choose the respondents between your employees, your colleagues, your managers, and your CEO after consulting with me.
The questions are about your actions on a scale from “Much too little (-4)”, over “The right amount (0)” to “Much too much (+4)”.
You will receive a rapport of approximately 25 pages. This will be combined with coaching, where we will establish possible actions, which will improve your leadership, create better teamwork and increase efficiency.
